Add your favorite herbs to I LOVE GRAIN products (e.g. headbands, pillows or poufs). Common swamp (Ledum palustre) also called forest, black or wild rosemary. This herb is not quite popular but it is worth to be interested in because of its properties. This shrub is quite strongly aromatic with dark green, very narrow, thick leaves with rolled up edges, which is why it is easy to recognize. The first mention of Swamp comes from Denmark from the 12th century. Matthioli, a famous medieval physician recommended them against all sorts of insects - moths and cockroaches. It wasn't until later that the healing properties of the plant were discovered, which were thoroughly described by Karol Linnaeus - the creator of plant systematics.
